  • Seeking an experienced designer or engineer committed to high performance to join our team and grow within our company. Applicants shall have 3+ years of experience in the building field and be able to lead a project individually or with a team, from start to finish. Some sales experience is great. Most importantly, we are developing relationships and supporting architects and builders to increase capacity and build better!     Scope of responsibilities:

    -Active participation in collaborative, in-house design projects

    -drafting for B.PUBLIC pre-designed plans and custom client residential plans

    -3D Modeling and estimating for incoming projects

    -support preparation of files for delivery: engineer, builder, client

    -technical drafting - Revit

    -project tracking and client file maintenance

    B2B PROGRAM Support (Architects, Builders, Developers)

  • Seeking an experienced builder partnership team leader, who is committed to high performance to join our team and grow within our company. Applicants shall have 5+ years of experience in the construction field and be able to lead a project individually or with a team, from start to finish. Some sales experience is great. Most importantly, we are developing relationships and supporting builders to increase capacity and build better! This is a community builder and connector position with great respect for the trades and a desire to solve problems and make the world a better place. Good talker - and a great listener! Great at respectfully engaging and resolving disputes & conflicts inherent to construction. Soft sales with a lot of great project management mixed in. Must be ready and enthusiastic about travel to a variety of sites with fluctuating notice/schedule.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
    This is a new position within B.PUBLIC and the responsibilities may increase depending on the experience and expertise of the candidate.
    This role will serve existing and grow the building partners and professional network.

    This position will include outreach, information, preparation, builder orientation/on-boarding, training, representing the company to professional organizations and construction networking, and incoming technical assistance to builders, installers, and owners. This position will coordinate consultants and tasks, contribute to the design process, research materials, communicate with suppliers, coordinate projects and track progress for internal and external project teams. This position provides an important link between the office and the field. An ability to perform new client site assessments, develop and maintain builder relationships, and perform construction administration is critical to the role. The position will visit construction sites and requires in-depth knowledge and technical communication skills to address progress and general quality of the work across the building trades. Maintaining database, up-to-date bidding documents, tracking delivery, and coordinating installations.

  • Seeking an experienced project manager to run client projects. Working within the tech team/design studio supporting direct home design client projects and professional B2B projects. Managing client traffic, files, schedules, estimates, and notes/documentation. Project manager to join our team and grow within our company. Applicants shall have 8-10 years in commercial construction or related and be able to lead a project individually or with a team, from start to finish.
